Minuscule 648 (in the Gregory-Aland numbering), ε 482 (von Soden), is a Greek minuscule manuscript of the New Testament, on parchment. Palaeographically it has been assigned to the 14th century. The codex contains the text of the four Gospels, on 227 parchment leaves (size ), with some lacunae at the end of Mark, beginning and end of Luke, many places in John. It is written in one column per page, 23 lines per page.〔 It contains tables of the (''chapters''), lectionary markings, incipits, and subscriptions.〔
